By accessing and using the One Beit Chabab Foundation website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. One Beit Chabab Foundation is a USA-based 501(c)(3) tax-exempt nonprofit organization (PENDING) dedicated to supporting the community of Beit Chabab, Lebanon.

2. Membership

Membership in One Beit Chabab Foundation is voluntary and requires:

• A monthly contribution of $20 USD or an amount you choose
• Accurate registration information including name, email, and contact details
• Agreement to our community guidelines and code of conduct
• Understanding that membership can be cancelled at any time

Members receive voting rights on project priorities, access to monthly financial reports, invitations to member events, and full transparency into fund allocation.

3. Donations and Contributions

All contributions to One Beit Chabab Foundation are:

• Tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law as we are a 501(c)(3) organization (PENDING)
• Non-refundable once processed, except in cases of processing errors
• Used for community development projects in Beit Chabab, Lebanon
• Allocated transparently with detailed monthly reporting
• Subject to a maximum of 15% administrative and operating costs

We will provide tax receipts for all donations. Donors retain the right to designate their contributions to specific projects, subject to availability.

4. User Accounts and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

5. Voting and Governance

Active members in good standing have the right to vote on project priorities and community decisions. Voting is conducted through our secure online platform. One member equals one vote. The foundation's board of directors retains final decision-making authority on all matters, including project feasibility, legal compliance, and financial sustainability.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of One Beit Chabab Foundation or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or user accounts
• Transmit any viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Harass, abuse, or harm other members or staff
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or organization
• Use automated systems to access our services without permission

8. Limitation of Liability

One Beit Chabab Foundation and its directors, officers, employees, and volunteers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of contributions you have made to the foundation in the past 12 months.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your membership and access to our services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other members, the foundation, or third parties. You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting us or through your account settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify members of significant changes via email or through our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which the foundation is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
